2. Description of Service

Free Website Design UK (Technical Graffiti Limited) currently provides free website design as well as cheap hosting and affordable search engine optimisation (SEO) services (referred in these T&C's as "Services"), Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance Free Website Design UK (Technical Graffiti Limited) including the release of new Services, software tools or resources, shall be subject to the T&C's. The Company may add, delete or change some or all of the Services provided as part of Free Website Design UK (Technical Graffiti Limited) at any time. Unless otherwise stated these T&C's apply to you whether you are a casual user of Free Website Design UK (Technical Graffiti Limited) a client or other user.

3. Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. The Company uses a third party to manage some of its online payments / transactions via credit/debit card. Upon subscription or payment by this method you will be authorising both an immediate payment and a repeat payment 9if applicable) that will be taken regularly in the future at a frequency chosen by you during the payment steps using the card details you submit.

3.2. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note; that should you cancel your subscription your website(s) will remain accessible until your subscription ends, upon which time your website(s) will become inaccessible. The Company will hold your site for 20 days, after which the site and all its contents will be deleted. Please note that deleting your sites does not cancel your subscription or payment situation - you need to explicitly cancel the service with us in writing. Neither the Company nor PayPal can take any responsibility for additional funds taken from your card unless you explicitly cancel your agreement and receive confirmation that this has taken place.

3.3. Refunds are only provided at the discretion of the Company If for any reason you wish to apply for a refund, please write to the company in the first instance.

3.4. If your account is terminated as a result of your breach of these T&C's, the remainder of any payment made by you will not be refundable.

4. Free Service and Design Guidelines

4.1. Free Website Design UK (Technical Graffiti Limited) is (a) a free website design service offered by the Company on the condition that an annual hosting plan is purchased for a minimum period of 12 months (1 calendar year). Users of Free Website Design UK (Technical Graffiti Limited) services will also accept the following conditions in addition to the standard T&C's governing users of Free Website Design UK (Technical Graffiti Limited); (b) You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. 7.2. 16.2. If such action is taken as a result of your breach of this contract, the remainder of any payment made by you will not be refundable.

Without the Company's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, the Free Website Design UK (Technical Graffiti Limited) Marks.

18. General

18.1. The T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the T&C's). You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or other services of the Company, third-party content or third-party software.

18.2. The Company makes no claims that the content is appropriate for any particular purpose or audience, or that it may be downloaded outside of the United Kingdom. Access to the content (including any software) may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access a Site from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
